With our automated task management system, all parties involved in the transaction will always know they're viewing the latest and most up-to-date schedule. Only the most current schedule will display. This happens automatically.

Only authorized users can make schedule changes, such as changing the task duration and posting new versions of the transaction schedule. This also goes for task name, as well as the resource assigned to that task along with the task start and finish date.

Each task name presented on the Calendar screen is a live, clickable link which provides access to the Task Detail screen. The Task Detail screen allows editing of several items for each task.mplete for each individual task.
