Once you have joined our virtual real estate system, you will have the ability to manage your transactions from the beginning to the closing table. You will be prompted to choose a free website template. Once, your site is completed, you have full access to posting unlimited listings, managing showing requests and accepting offers. Moreover, your control panel also gives you the ability to manage your offers. Once an offer is created and later accepted, you will have the ability to add all parties involved to your transaction in your account. This means, the selling or renting agent, title company,appraiser, inspector and more, can be managed from your account. Another great feature is your task management and calendar management. You will never missed a task and / or important dates with these two. Once your transaction is fully operational and on track to closing, you will see your projected commission income and the projected due date. Don't worry about dragging around heavy files, or running to a location to fax, scan and or email.

Agents Cube's system does it all for it. Just assign the task and forward to the recipient through your control panel. The recipient will have access in seconds and have the ability to sign the document with their computer or device keypad. This goes on until the transaction is closed. Upon closing, you broker has 7 business days after receipt of payment, to send your commissions to you.
